T. ROWE PRICE OPENS CENTURY CITY INVESTOR CENTER<br>

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 30, 2007) – T. Rowe Price today opened a new walk-in Investor Center in Century City  to provide a wide array of personal investment services to Los Angeles area investors. The center replaces the global investment management firm’s Woodland Hills Investor Center, which closed July 27.

The Century City Investor Center is located at 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite 100 – near the Century City Shopping Center. To contact the center, call 310-772-3000 or toll-free 877-218-7272. The center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and by appointment from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

The move of the Investor Center and its staff from the San Fernando Valley to a more central location in West Los Angeles will enable T. Rowe Price to more conveniently provide one-on-one services for many investors.

“We have a very strong client base in the Los Angeles area, and the new Century City Investor Center will enable us to better serve investors who prefer to meet with a T. Rowe Price investment counselor and who want to access a wide range of investment resources all in one place,” said Edward C. Bernard, chairman of T. Rowe Price Investment Services. “The new center reflects our ongoing commitment to meet the needs of our clients, helping them manage their investments in a convenient, comfortable way and make the right decisions to reach their financial goals.”

The Century City Investor Center offers the following services:

  • Investment Guidance: Investors can meet one-on-one with an investment counselor to review their portfolios, develop asset-allocation strategies, or plan for retirement – using the firm’s proprietary tools.
  • Mutual Funds: Investors can obtain information about the entire family of T. Rowe Price no-load funds, open new accounts, or obtain personal assistance with transactions.
  • Brokerage: Investors can trade individual securities and deposit stock certificates in an account.

The center’s investment counselors do not work on commission, enabling them to provide objective guidance focused on investors’ best interests. “In our new location, we look forward to continue serving our clients in the Los Angeles area with the same high level of service they have come to expect from T. Rowe Price,” said Anne Kim, manager of the Century City Investor Center. “Whether investors are seeking guidance on retirement planning, rolling over an old 401(k), choosing a college savings plan, or simply looking for help selecting a mutual fund, our investor centers allow them to work closely with investment counselors toward their objectives.”

The Century City Investor Center is among 14 T. Rowe Price investor centers nationwide. The others are in Walnut Creek, Calif.; Colorado Springs, Colo.; Washington, D.C.; Boca Raton and Tampa, Fla.; Oak Brook and Northbrook, Ill.; Baltimore and Owings Mills, Md.; Wellesley, Mass.; Short Hills, N.J.; Garden City, N.Y.; and Tysons Corner, Va.
